We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer (junior to midweight) to work alongside our creative directors. You will play a meaningful role in driving our growth and community across all of our digital platforms.

AirRobe

We’re growing here at AirRobe — fast. We’re reinventing “re-commerce” for a sustainable future.

AirRobe is Australia’s newest preloved marketplace — a tech/fashion company — we unlock re-commerce for every luxury brand and retailer enabling them to play a pivotal role in leading the shift towards a more sustainable future. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our community of buyers, sellers, and retailers. We’re young, but growing fast. It’s time to take our creative team to the next level while on the path to becoming a global brand.

Used fashion is a $41b market today, expected to be $76b by 2023. We are cracking this industry with an innovation that removes the biggest friction in trading used goods: the manual listing process. We partner with fashion retailers to let consumers re-sell, rent or recycle used fashion in 1 click. Our approach is a disruptor for second-hand marketplaces. And a complete game changer for how people trade things. The kicker? All this culminates in preventing fashion textiles from ending up in landfill.

We just closed a $1.2m seed round and have 40,000 customers signed up. We have a massive journey ahead of us to take over the likes of eBay as the number one re-commerce marketplace. We are building an all-star founding engineering team to build scalable solutions that our customers love.

The role

You will assist the creative team at AirRobe, which creates all the content (image, graphic design, copywriting, e-merchandising).

So, what kind of brand will you help create? AirRobe is really shaking things up in the fashion industry, our brand needs to:

  • Be a voice for sustainability: AirRobe aims to educate and advocate for a more sustainable fashion industry. We don’t want to whinge, we want to empower.
  • Be everywhere: AirRobe will become ubiquitous in fashion. Next to every online checkout, people will see the AirRobe brand and get a spark of joy knowing they are contributing to a more sustainable future. Sort of like Afterpay, except for good.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design high-end presentations and merchant onboarding assets
  • Create compelling eCommerce and digital campaigns, with assets optimised for channel requirements and produced in line with art direction
  • EDMs & social content development
  • Participate in designing customer experiences on shop.airrobe.com
  • Design artworks including video display advertising and social media

Who you are:

  • Constantly looking for ways to understand and learn more to improve your creative decisions
  • Passionate about circular fashion and sustainability
  • Increased knowledge of creative trends
  • Ability to think differently, to take direction and communicate effectively
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Adobe XD

Next steps
