About the opportunity

AirRobe is looking for a passionate, creative & driven Marketing & Partnerships leader, who lives and breathes fashion, to join our growing team!

The opportunity for impact in this role is unprecedented! You’ll report to our CEO & Founder, Hannon, and own our marketing department. You’ll have the freedom to ideate and execute campaigns that help us achieve our goals, right as AirRobe accelerates its global expansion into the US and European fashion markets.

In this role you will:

  • Work with world-renowned designer brands on co-marketing campaigns and activations
  • Own the marketing calendar and be responsible for communicating AirRobe’s value proposition to our members and the general public.
  • Manage and optimise key communications channels (campaign emails, customer journey emails, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Develop strategies for increasing brand awareness, user engagement, and growth
  • Create and design content and communications to support all marketing channels
  • Recommend and work with on-brand influencers to target for collaborations
  • Hire, oversee, and manage freelancers and agencies
  • Drive and execute PR strategy and manage relationships with PR agencies

A bit about you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar fields.
  • You have over 3–5+ years of senior experience in marketing or creative (preferably in fashion, luxury or with lifestyle brands)
  • Strong communication and presenting skills
  • Strong awareness of cultural & fashion trends relevant to our target
  • Knowledge of digital channels and communications, with experience in email (Iterable, Braze, Adobe Campaign or similar platform)
  • You love collaborating
  • You have excellent copywriting skills
  • You thrive in remote working
  • You are well organised and have no problem managing several dynamic projects with different stakeholders at the same time
  • You are always looking to innovate
  • You are excited to own our brand channels
  • Experience with social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager).
